基于(yu)聲學(xué)标記追蹤的(de)黑水河下遊短須裂腹魚活動(dòng)規律研究

MOVEMENT PATTERNS OF SCHIZOTHORAX WANGCHIACHI IN THE LOWER REACHES OF THE HEISHUI RIVER BASED ON ACOUSTIC TELEMETRY

  • 摘要: 以(yi)黑水河短須裂腹魚爲(wei)研究對象, 于(yu)2024年(nian)11月26日(ri)至2025年(nian)4月1日(ri)在(zai)白鶴灘庫區(qu)葫蘆口及(ji)黑水河回水區(qu)開展(zhan)聲學(xué)标記追蹤實驗(yàn)。共設(shè)大(da)同(DT)、湯傢(jia)坪(TJP)、轉堡(ZB)三箇(ge)放流點, 标記放流短須裂腹魚28尾, 布設(shè)聲學(xué)接收器(qi)18檯(tai), 實驗(yàn)期間共接收到(dao)有(yǒu)效位置信(xin)号321397箇(ge), 每尾箇(ge)體(ti)平均被4.8檯(tai)接收器(qi)捕獲, 信(xin)号接收時長(zhang)爲(wei)1—126d。不同放流點短須裂腹魚的(de)空間利用(yong)存在(zai)差(cha)異。ZB組活動(dòng)範圍最大(da), 50%KUD、95%KUD咊(he)MCP面積分(fēn)别爲(wei)4.37、26.96咊(he)14.62 km2, 明顯大(da)于(yu)TJP咊(he)DT組; TJP組活動(dòng)範圍次之(zhi), 沿河道帶狀分(fēn)布; DT組活動(dòng)範圍最小(xiǎo), 跼(ju)限(xian)于(yu)黑水河河口附近。位移率比較結果表明, 不同放流點間存在(zai)顯著差(cha)異(Kruskal–Wallis, P<0.05), 其中(zhong)DT組顯著低于(yu)TJP咊(he)ZB組, TJP組顯著高(gao)于(yu)ZB組。RI分(fēn)析顯示, DT咊(he)ZB組在(zai)放流初期RI較高(gao)并逐漸下降, TJP組則在(zai)2025年(nian)1月後(hou)逐漸升高(gao)并在(zai)3月達到(dao)0.95至1.0。總體(ti)上, 短須裂腹魚在(zai)放流後(hou)主(zhu)要在(zai)放流點上下遊短期活動(dòng), 随後(hou)逐步遷移出接收器(qi)監測(ce)範圍, 部(bu)分(fēn)箇(ge)體(ti)進(jin)入黑水河主(zhu)河段或金沙江(jiang)幹流。本(ben)研究揭示了(le)黑水河下遊短須裂腹魚的(de)短期活動(dòng)範圍與運動(dòng)規律, 爲(wei)裂腹魚類生(sheng)活史研究及(ji)增殖放流策略優(you)化提供參考。

     

    Abstract: This study investigated the movement patterns of Schizothorax wangchiachii in the Heishui River using acoustic telemetry from November 26, 2024 to April 1, 2025. A total of 28 individuals were tagged and released at three sites—Datong (DT), Tangjiaping (TJP), and Zhuanbao (ZB)—with 18 acoustic receivers deployed. During the study, 321397 valid signals were recorded, each fish detected by an average of 4.8 receivers for 1—126 days. Spatial utilization differed significantly among release sites. The ZB group exhibited the largest activity range (50% KUD: 4.37 km2; 95% KUD: 26.96 km2; MCP: 14.62 km2), significantly greater than those of TJP and DT. The TJP group showed intermediate, river-aligned activity, while DT group remained most localized near the river mouth. Displacement rates also differed significantly (Kruskal-Wallis, P<0.05), with DT lower than TJP and ZB, and TJP higher than ZB. Retention index (RI) declined over time in DT and ZB but increased in TJP, reaching 0.95—1.0 in March. Overall, released fish initially exhibited short-term exploratory movements around release sites, then gradually migrated beyond the array, with some entering the Heishui or Jinsha rivers. These results provide key insights for life-history studies and stock enhancement strategies for S. wangchiachii in the Heishui River.
